Strategy, Team and Board Retreats

Mont Joly Coaching also designs and facilitates strategy, leadership, team and board retreats, from one-day sessions to multi-day offsites.

Held at select venues in the UK, as well as at Chateau Mont Joly, our own private family home in the foothills of the Pyrenees in France.

Retreats create space to step back from day-to-day pressures, strengthen alignment, and focus on the conversations and decisions that matter most — particularly during periods of change.

They balance structured leadership and systems work with reflection, informal dialogue and time in the surrounding landscape.
