Over many years working inside and alongside organisations, Jag became convinced that sustainable success is driven not only by a clear vision and strategy, but by the environment leaders create: the culture, relationships, alignment and conditions in which people can truly thrive.
High performance is not a “soft” issue. Only when positivity and productivity are in the optimum balance, do organisations consistently outperform — financially and humanly.

Jag Mundi
Founder & Lead Coach
Jag is a certified leadership, executive and systems coach and has been coaching senior leaders and leadership teams since 2012.
This followed a two decade career in the City as a trusted adviser at CEO and Board level. Jag was UK Head of Corporate Finance at Investec, a FTSE 250 international bank, and later Head of Investment Banking at Numis Corporation, where he was part of the executive team that built the business into a pre-eminent player in the London mid-cap markets.
Earlier in his career, Jag trained and practised as a lawyer.
This experience informs a coaching practice grounded in commercial reality, organisational complexity and leadership impact.
Jag’s education includes a first class law degree from Oxford University and the AMP Programme at Wharton.
Claudia Mundi
Co-Founder & Executive Coach
Claudia Mundi is an executive and leadership coach working with senior leaders and teams on presence, relational dynamics and navigating change.
She brings a background in psychology alongside corporate experience in global organisations. Before coaching, Claudia held marketing and brand leadership roles at companies including Diageo, Warnaco and Gossard.
Her work combines warmth, insight and rigour, supporting leaders to create environments in which people and organisations can thrive.

Jag remains closely involved in all multi-coach engagements.
Based in Spain and operating across Europe, Julius focuses on organisational dynamics, culture and performance, with senior leadership experience including a career in senior international roles at HSBC.
